Not the place for luxury seekers
The room was big and clean, parking right outside my door made unloading easy. Plus, when I left my GoPro behind, the housekeeper returned it immediately, that was excellent.
It wasn't exactly bargain-priced but still in the ballpark of acceptable.

This hotel was a decent choice for an overnight stay in Philadelphia with a fair price-value balance. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating despite the busy check-in. If you're traveling with kids, definitely check for cleanliness before settling in.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, genuinely trying to help us out during a difficult situation.
Unfortunately, we discovered mice in our room, which was a significant concern, especially with our infant present.

Rooms are spacious and comfy, and I felt quite safe there.
But the bathroom could use a little love—let's just say it was a bit more 'vintage' than I'd like. Sometimes, this place feels like a sitcom waiting to happen.

missingWrote a review on 26 Junspacious roomconvenient parkingfun getawayfrustrating check-in
Had a fantastic group vacation visiting the Springfield Mall and Rolling Green Golf Club nearby. The room was spacious, and parking was super convenient right outside. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi can be spotty at times, so plan accordingly. Overall, a solid choice for a fun getaway with friends.
Had a frustrating check-in experience. The staff struggled to find our reservation and there seemed to be a lack of communication, which added to the wait time. It was stressful to start our trip like that.

missingWrote a review on 18 Mayconvenient locationclean sheetsbasic comfortroom disrepairunstable amenities
The location offers easy access to nearby attractions and the airport, which is a plus for travelers in a pinch. Clean sheets for the bed provided a basic comfort in an otherwise forgettable experience.
Unfortunately, the room had several issues, including a malfunctioning toilet that leaked, requiring constant attention with a trash can. The air conditioner only operated as a fan, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Signs of disrepair were everywhere, from cut lamp ends to stained carpets. Some basic amenities like ice machines and TV functionality were unreliable, with the latter taking too long to warm up and only working sporadically. Though it served a purpose for a one-night crash, the overall state felt neglected and unsanitary, with a noticeable odor lingering in the air.
